These Terms of Use govern your use of the Omni Zen website at https://omnizen.space and the Omni Zen mobile app (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Omni Zen ("Omni Zen", "we"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Omni Zen publishes blog posts, news and podcast content about mindful living, nutrition, sleep and general wellbeing. The Service is free and requires no account. We may change, suspend or discontinue content, features or the whole Service without notice.

Content on the Service is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is no substitute for the opinion of a healthcare professional. See the Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, images, audio, design, logo and the name "Omni Zen" belong to Omni Zen or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws.

You may read, listen to and share links to the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short passages if you credit Omni Zen and link to the page. Without our prior written permission you may not copy or republish content in whole or in part, use it commercially, or collect it in bulk to train artificial-intelligence models.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

disrupt the Service, try to bypass its security measures, or attempt unauthorised access;
send automated requests that put an unreasonable load on the Service, or scrape content in bulk;
submit the newsletter form or any other form on someone else's behalf, with false information, or with automated tools;
use the Service for unlawful or misleading purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights.

The public content interface used by the mobile app (/api/app/v1) is only for displaying Omni Zen content. Other interfaces may only be used by applications we have authorised. We may limit or block access in case of misuse.

You subscribe to our newsletter only at your own request and with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us. How we process your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party links and embedded content

The Service may contain links to other sites and embedded content provided by third parties, such as YouTube or podcast players. That content is the responsibility of the third party and subject to their terms. Embedded content does not load until you choose to load it or allow cookies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We take care to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from decisions made in reliance on its content. Nothing in this section limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We announce significant changes through the Service. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to consumers' right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their own place of residence, the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
